Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Counter Installer to join our team at Brioni Granite. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of countertops in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and craftsmanship, reflecting our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform countertop installations with precision, adhering to safety standards and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines
• Conduct site assessments to prepare for installations, including measuring and evaluating existing conditions
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to fabricate and install a variety of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, and laminate
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the installation process
• Mentor junior installers, providing guidance on installation techniques and safety protocols
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of install experience
• Proficiency with basic mathematics
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work safely
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Sense of urgency in completing work
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools specific to countertop installation
• Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and other installation materials
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive approach to learning new techniques and technologies in the field
