We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded professional to join our team as a Countertop Templater/Field Technician. This role is critical in ensuring that every countertop we fabricate meets exact specifications. You will be responsible for templating, measuring, and photographing job sites, then communicating precise details to our CAD design team. You will also interact directly with customers, ensuring all project requirements are gathered and clearly conveyed.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to collect accurate measurement data for CAD design and fabrication
• Perform both digital and manual countertop templates at customer locations
• Collaborate closely with sales and CAD teams to deliver fast, accurate results
• Professionally represent the company through punctuality, neat work, and respectful customer interactions
• Ensure safety and care while working onsite

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior fabrication or construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
