General Responsibilities
As a Stone Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating the final product for natural and engineered stone surfaces for kitchens, baths, fireplace surrounds, outdoor bars, etc. for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for experienced, dedicated Stone Fabricators who are looking for a long-term career. Stone Fabricators must adhere to our high standard of craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality control. We will provide on-the-job training.
Qualifications & Skills
Polishing natural stone and engineered stone designs to spec
Maintain an organized, safe and clean work environment
Work adjoining countertops and seams
Efficiently maintain all equipment and supplies
Understand how variables affect final products
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a laminate or solid surface fabricator preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
The employee will frequently require the use of their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls of various machinery.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, ability to distinguish between colors, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in physically demanding jobs that include standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 50+ pounds regularly and working at varying heights.
